These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the web design subscription services provided by Tike Site ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Subscription Plans

1.1. We offer three subscription plans: Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Each plan includes different features and benefits, as described on our website.

1.2. You may choose the plan that best suits your needs and budget. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee associated with that plan.

2. Payment and Billing

2.1. You agree to pay the monthly subscription fee for your chosen plan, which will be billed automatically to the payment method you provide.

2.2. The subscription fee is non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

2.3. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or cancel your subscription.

3. Cancellation

3.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us through our website or email. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3.2. Upon cancellation, you will retain ownership of your website and all its assets. However, we reserve the right to remove any content or features provided by our services.

4. Site Requests

4.1. As part of your subscription, you may submit a certain number of site requests per month, depending on your chosen plan. Additional requests may be subject to additional fees.

4.2. We will make reasonable efforts to complete your site requests in a timely manner, but we do not guarantee a specific turnaround time.

5. Online Store Support (Professional and Enterprise Plans)

5.1. If you subscribe to the Professional or Enterprise plan, you will receive support for Squarespace Business or Commerce Plans.

5.2. We will provide assistance with setting up and maintaining your online store, but we are not responsible for any issues or problems with your store's functionality.

6. Custom Web Development (Enterprise Plan)

6.1. If you subscribe to the Enterprise plan, you will have access to custom web development services.

6.2. We will work with you to develop custom features or functionality for your website, subject to our mutual agreement on scope and pricing.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for lost profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

(a) the use or inability to use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein; (c) any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; or (d) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
